Transactions Market Ends Year on a Strong Note The robust investment activity in seniors housing and care continued through the end of the year, with preliminary figures showing nearly $4bn in property sales during the fourth quarter. Overall, more than $17bn in seniors housing and care properties were acquired in 2014, up nearly 20% from last year.
