As we embark on the 25th National Conference, we realize how much the seniors housing and care sector has changed in terms of capital flow, market trends, operator sophistication to product evolution and investor interest. The industry is changing at an expeditious rate, so imagine what is to come in the next 25 including 2026 when the first Boomers turn 80 and beyond.
The NIC National Conference brings together seniors housing and care leaders, creating a platform to build connections, provide networking opportunities, and to explore where the industry is headed through informative sessions that focus on scaling and preparing for the Boomers. With this in mind, NIC has added several future provoking new features including:

NIC Technology Innovation Challenge
If you watch the TV show Shark Tank, you’ll appreciate technology start-ups from the 2015 Aging2.0 Academy pitching to a well-known panel of senior care providers. The panel/judges will analyze and interrogate four up-and-coming technology start-ups with products and services geared specifically for the senior living space. Will their innovations be practical, relevant and scalable – having the potential to change the delivery of care and services for seniors? The judges will also look at savings, resident and staff benefits and overall impact of each start-up. Which company will convince the judges and how will the audience vote?
Leaders in seniors housing and care and financing are going to the NIC National Conference. It is the most future-focused conference we’ve ever had. Because today, in this sector, there’s simply no other way to be. Join us and let’s kick off The Next 25 together!
